HOTEL INFORMATION AND REGULATIONS

The Regulations of the hotel are established to guarantee everyone a peaceful and serene stay.

 

  • Arrival (Check-in): rooms will be available from 14:00 unless otherwise agreed. Please communicate your arrival time to the hotel.
  • Departure (Check-out): Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. unless otherwise agreed. It is possible to use the room until 1:00 p.m. (Late Check-out) on the day of departure with a surcharge, otherwise the full price of the stay must be paid. In the event of early departure, the guest will be required to pay the room rate for the entire stay booked.
  • For information, please contact Reception by telephone on 1000
  • For reasons of public safety, guests are not allowed to let other people into the rooms at any time.
  • Smoking is strictly forbidden inside all rooms
  • It is forbidden to speak loudly, shout, bang doors or windows, allow children to roam unsupervised in the various rooms.
  • It is recommended that guests maintain respectful behaviour within the facility throughout their stay.
  • We also recommend that whenever you leave the Resort, you hand in the key and the card provided at Reception.
  • Reception is open daily from 08:00 to 22:00.
  • From 22:00 to 08:00 there is a concierge and guard service.
  • The Hotel Management shall not be held liable for the loss of objects and/or valuables belonging to guests; each guest shall be responsible for the diligent custody of his/her own objects (use the safe provided in the room).
  • The guest undertakes to respect the premises and the things contained therein, any damage caused will be charged at the cost of restoration.
  • Small/medium sized animals are allowed in the rooms with a daily supplement.
  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in the Restaurant/Bar rooms located near Reception on the entrance floor.
  • It is not permitted to bring and consume food or drinks purchased or brought in from outside (indoors, in rooms, outdoors, during events, etc.).
  • The service staff is authorised to intervene if the above regulations are not respected.

 RESTAURANT & BAR INFO AND REGULATIONS

The restaurant offers Umbrian typical cuisine revisited with attention to the raw ingredients  of the territory.

  • The Restaurant and Bar are located on the entrance floor of the Resort and are used for breakfast service depending on the number of guests
  • We recommend that you always inform us in advance of any allergies and intolerances
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited on all premises
  • It is recommended that guests behave in a dignified manner with the utmost respect for other guests and avoid shouting, banging doors or windows, allowing children to wander around unsupervised.
  • Animals are not allowed in the indoor hall (unless otherwise agreed)
  • In summer, access to the outdoor veranda or the air-conditioned indoor room is possible
  • For group bookings of more than 6 people for lunch/dinner on public holidays, a credit card is required as a guarantee
  • The half and/or full board service must be requested at the time of booking confirmation and includes a Chef’s menu with first course, main course with side dish and dessert, drinks excluded
  • In summer, the Light Lunch consisting of a single dish, a fruit plate and 0.5l water is served in the outdoor poolside park
  • The Management is not responsible for theft or loss of items left unattended.
  • The Management is not liable in any way for any accidents, injuries, or anything else that may occur to customers as a result of behaviour attributable to them.
  • The service staff is authorised to intervene and remove those who do not respect the regulations.

WELLNESS CENTRE INFO AND REGULATIONS
  • In order to provide you with excellent service, our staff is always at your disposal
  • WELLNESS CENTRE ENTRANCE HOURS FROM 09:00 TO 21:00
  • ENTRANCE HOURS FOR CHILDREN UNDER 5 YEARS FROM 09:00 AM TO 3:00 PM: entrance allowed ONLY in the heated swimming pool
  • Guests who are not of age may only use the services (in the manner and at the times established) if accompanied by an adult, who assumes full responsibility and guarantees compliance with these regulations.
  •  Children under 5 years of age are forbidden to enter.
  •  A self-certification form must be signed at check-in for access to the wellness area
  •  Appropriate and respectful behaviour is recommended to favour the complete relaxation of the Guests present.
  •  To promote relaxation and respect for the common areas, the use of mobile phones and other electronic devices is prohibited.
  • It is forbidden to smoke and to bring food or drinks into the Spa unless provided by our operators.
  • – It is compulsory to wear a swimming costume except in the Sauna and Turkish Bath.
  • It is recommended to wear a swimming cap in the heated pool.
  •  In the Finnish Sauna you enter without slippers and must sit on your towel, no part of your body must touch the wooden slats.
  • Do not occupy the seats in the Relaxation Area with your towel and bathrobe if you are not present. Our employees are authorised to free them for the other guests present.
  • The wellness kit (bathrobe and slippers) is provided in standard adult sizes only.
  • – We ask our guests to respect the agreed appointment times.
  • The Management reserves the right to limit admissions in order to ensure a better stay and excellent service for its guests.
  • – If a Guest is late for an appointment, the time of the appointment will be shortened so as not to cause inconvenience to other Guests.
  • Any cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise the requested route/ treatment will be charged.
  • It is compulsory to BOOK treatments and entrance to the Paths in advance in order to find availability.
  • The service staff is authorised to intervene and remove those who do not comply with the above regulations.

SWIMMING POOL INFO AND REGULATIONS

To ensure a peaceful and relaxing use of the pool for all

 guests are kindly requested to read and respect the above regulations.

 

  • Opening hours 10:00 – 19:00
  • Before entering the water it is obligatory to take a shower.
  • Please do not enter the water if you have wounds, abrasions, injuries or skin changes of a suspected infected nature (warts, dermatitis, fungal infections)
  • It is forbidden to enter the pool in an altered psychophysical state (drunkenness, altered by narcotics, etc.) or even in an obvious precarious state of health such as to pose a risk to your safety.
  • Changing rooms are available in which to carry out all personal hygiene and dressing operations.
  • It is forbidden to bring in dogs or other animals.
  • Wearing a swimming cap is recommended.
  • It is forbidden to run, dive, play noisy games and occupy the sun loungers if you are absent.
  • It is not recommended to bring in floating objects, play with balls and airbeds.
  • Minors must always be accompanied by their parents and scrupulously supervised.
  • Children under 4 years of age must wear the appropriate hygienic nappy when entering the pool.
  • Sunbeds and deckchairs will be available to users until they are exhausted. The unavailability of sunbeds or deckchairs does not affect the cost of admission.
  • We ask our guests not to occupy the sunbeds with their towels if you are not present.
  • Nothing is due in case of evacuation of the facility, or its abandonment by the user, due to bad weather or a precautionary measure by the Management.
  • The swimming pool is not equipped with a lifeguard
  • The area is equipped with video surveillance
  • All structural parts of the swimming pool as well as the equipment and material constituting its fittings must be used with all due care. Any damage to these elements and/or to the areas surrounding the pool (including flower beds, lawns, flowers, plants, hedges, fence netting) will be charged to those responsible, with an immediate claim for compensation for the costs incurred in restoring them.
  • It is recommended to use the towel provided at the Reception
  • It is strictly forbidden to bring in glass objects
  • The Management is not responsible for theft or loss of objects left unattended.
  • The Management is not liable in any way for any accidents, injuries, or anything else that may happen to bathers as a result of their behaviour.
  • Public access may be restricted in the event of crowding.
  • The service staff is authorised to intervene and remove those who do not comply with the aforementioned regulations.

  • You can access the courts by booking directly through the dedicated App San Pietro Padel Umbria, by phone and/or via Whatsapp at +39075889132 or +393792092014
  • Courts available from 08:30 to 21:00
  • Rackets and balls are available on request free of charge
  • Reservation of the game includes 90 minutes of play for 4 players
  • From the App and the SanPietroSopraLeAcque website it is possible to book packages and lessons with additional services
  • Smoking, shouting, inappropriate and inappropriate language is prohibited on the courts
  • All structural parts of the courts and changing rooms as well as the equipment and materials provided must be used with all consideration. Any damage to these elements and/or the surrounding areas will be charged to those responsible with an immediate claim for compensation for the costs incurred in restoring them.
  • Clothing and shoes with soles suitable for the playing field must be worn.
  • Changing rooms are available in which to carry out all personal hygiene and dressing operations.
