First Courses

Potato gnocchi with sage pesto and crunchy almonds
Norwegian salmon Tortelloni on diced seared Vesuviano cheese and seasoned parsley pesto

Second Courses

Sea bass fillet in a zucchini and potato crust on a bed of julienned zucchini
Beef cheek glazed with Sagrantino wine and creamed potatoes

Dessert

Cream gratin crêpe with chestnut sauce and pear with Sagrantino and cinnamon

 

Midnight break with Zampone and Lentils and fresh fruits
